Academic Excellence for promoting in quality in teaching learning and pedagogical research |
- Blended mode of teaching with enhanced tools was encouraged particularly during pandemic and video lectures were developed and shared among students
- Digital platforms (G Suite, Zoom etc.) were procured and used by the faculty for online teaching learning processes and student enrichment programmes.
- 39 MoUs and 19 collaborative activities were executed primarily for knowledge enhancement of faculty and students, certificate courses, Research projects, Internships, Students Exchange Programmes, Field visits and capacity building programs. The associated organizations are Magic Bus, COWE, OUTBI, Pantech, Avodha, Ruha Life sciences, Mentor Minds etc.
- 143 students have enrolled and completed online and offline internships offered by various organisations like Internshala, Learn to upgrade, Aragen Life science, Voice 4 Girls etc.
- Academic Audit was conducted at the end of the year for the SWOC analysis of the department emphasizing the teaching & learning process

To promote quality related research studies, scholarship and creativity |
- 3 new programs on demandwere introduced - B.Com Business analytics, B.Sc. M.S.Ds (Data Science) and M.Sc. Mathematics with Computer Science.
- Enhanced infrastructure and equipment. Central Research Lab is also established for promoting research.
- 17 Multidisciplinary Seminars, Workshops& Conferenceswere organized to promote research culture.
- Major Research Project under ICSSR Impress Scheme was sanctioned and is under progress. In addition to the Project Director 4 other in-house faculty are associated with the project as Research Associate (one), Research Assistant (two) & Field Investigator (one)
- 52 publications including Research papers, Books & Book chapters and conference proceedings were published by the faculty
- Students are encouraged to publish as well as present papers at various International & National Conferences
- Enhanced library resources and e-resource centre up gradated
- (LMS)Learning management systems wasdesigned to enable classroom management in providing content, attendance report, fee payment and notification to parents through SMS alert.

- PEARL, the ISR wing of the College, UBA, and NSS and various Departments has encouraged students to participate in 29 outreach and extension activities such as Share a meal, Birds adoption, Haritha haram, Medical camps etc.

- An Inter-collegiate Essay Writing competition on “ Inter gender Humiliation from 26-30 June
- Industry connect Program on Gender Diversity and Inclusion on 29th January 2022
- Workshop on “Understanding Gender & Sexual Diversity” on 7th April 2022
- National Girl Child Day Celebrations on 24th January 2022
- International Women's Day celebrations on 9th March 2022
- Rangoli Competition on Women Lifestyle on 17th December etc.
Entrepreneur Development Cell
- To foster entrepreneurship and make the students financially empowered ED cell has organized several activities like Udyamita, 6 Day Online Entrepreneurship Development Program in association with COWE, Design Thinking competitions & flea markets etc.

To promote good governance & collaborate with stakeholders for quality education evaluation, Promotion and sustenance. |
- The Governance practices decentralization and participative management. The teachers represent the Governing Body, IQAC, Statutory and Non-Statutory bodies. They play a major role in the decision-making, planning, implementation and perform the academic and administrative functions of the Institution as HODs, Class-in-charges, Mentors, Coordinators and Committee Members. They are authorized to outsource their expertise, upgrade professional skills, take feedback, review and analyse their performance for continuous growth and Academic Excellence. The student council members and the class representatives are also a part of various committees and play a vital role in college activities.
- The Institution has implemented E-governance in the areas of Administration, Finance and Accounts, Student Admission and Support and Examination to ensure transparency, integrity, accountability, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Audits – Academic, Administrativeand Financial Audits are conducted to review & evaluate the efficiency & effectiveness.
- The quality of education is manifested by the Institutional Awards received from State government of Telangana on 21/12/2021 for rendering exemplary services in the field of Education and I2OR National Award 2021 - Global ICT for Academic Institution.
